We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled and in original condition and packaging; made‑to‑order or custom pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. To start a return, email support@WillowStone.US with your order number and reason, and our team will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, and refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
