Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses for faster domestic delivery and are shipped using UPS's Ground service
Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items
Some products may be made to order or temporarily out of stock. In these cases:

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated at checkout
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible. refer to our refund policy for more information
