🛒 What kind of furniture do you sell?
WillowStone specializes in handcrafted, solid wood furniture made from sustainably sourced materials. Each piece is designed in collaboration with skilled artisans and made to last for generations.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days, followed by standard U.S. shipping which takes about another 5–7 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
🕰 What if a product is out of stock?
Some of our products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately. In those cases, please allow extra time for production and delivery — typically 3–5 weeks depending on the item.
🔧 Do your products require assembly?
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled or nearly assembled. In some cases, minimal assembly may be required (such as attaching legs or knobs) to ensure safe shipping. Instructions are always included, and setup is quick and straightforward.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses to ensure fast, reliable delivery across the United States.

🔁 What is your return policy?
If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right. We offer returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can use it to follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

At the moment, we do not offer custom sizing or finishes. However, we frequently add new styles and collections, so feel free to reach out with suggestions or requests.
