Return Policy

At WillowStone, we take pride in offering furniture crafted with care, quality, and attention to detail. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping charges. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Furniture must be unassembled (if applicable)

  • All returns must be packaged securely in original or equivalent protective materials

Made-to-order or custom-built items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at Support@WillowStone.US with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide return instructions and authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@WillowStone.US. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
